Terms and Conditions

All of our birds are NPIP approved US Pullorum-Typhoid clean. We will issue a health certificate (VS 9-3) with every order of eggs or live birds. However, after they leave our hatchery we have no control over their wellbeing , and can assume no liability for their continued health or the health of any other animals or people they come in to contact with. Hatching eggs are not guaranteed to hatch, they can be damaged in shipment or incubator problems can happen that we have no control over.

 

All orders are on a first booked first served basis. we can get booked up for several weeks at certain times of the year. If you need your order on a specific date please email or call before ordering. Payment in full must be made at least 1 week before orders will be shipped. We accept Paypal, checks and money orders. Checks must clear before the order will be shipped.

 

All of our orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail. We will make every effort to ship your order on time, but due to laying slumps and incubator problems we can not guarantee that your order will be shipped on the exact date you were given. If your order will be delayed we will make every effort to contact you.
